FAQs
Q. How far in advance do I need to place my order?
A. As soon as you know your date, with a minimum of 2 weeks in advance. Some orders can be accommodated with less time, but there will be a 10% Rush Fee for orders placed within 10 days of event.
Q. How can I book my date ?
A. Paying a retainer fee is the only way to guarantee your date. If a retainer has not been paid, then your date is not guaranteed and if someone else comes along and pays a retainer for the same date then we may no longer be able to accommodate you.
Q. How much is a retainer fee?
A. A retainer fee is 50% of your total if the total is over $150. If the total is $150 or less, then the payment must be made in full.
Q. Can I make payments up until the event date?
A. Yes, you can make payments, but your 50% retainer must be paid in full first. After the retainer has been paid in full, you may pay off the balance however you would like. However, the balance must be paid no less than 14 days before your event date or you will be subject to a late fee and/or cancellation.
Q. Do you deliver?
A. Yes. There is a $30+ fee for delivery within 5 miles of zip code 60459. In the event that delivery is not provided, we can meet you at one of 4 locations so that you may pick up your order - (1) Dunkin Donuts' parking lot at 7905 S. Cicero Ave. in Chicago, 60652, (2) Byline Bank's parking lot at 6400 W. 79th St. in Burbank, 60459, (3) Dunkin Donut's parking at 8723 Ridgeland Ave in Oak Lawn, 60453, or (4) Walgreen's parking lot at 8700 S. Cicero Ave. in Hometown, 60456 . Please note that we will only wait for 20 minutes after our scheduled meet time. After 20 minutes, there will be a $20 late fee that must be paid in cash before your order is released to you and you may need to reschedule a new meet time. Please remember that cakes (and some sweets) need to be refrigerated and the longer we wait in a parked car, the more chance there is that the cake and/or sweets may get damaged - this is especially true during the hot summer months. Please be respectful of our time and other orders that we may need to deliver after yours. We are not responsible for any damage to your order once you have picked it up.

A. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to make a change. We would like to have at least 14 days notice to make changes since we usually begin planning the design and purchasing necessary materials soon after order is placed.

A. I am open Mon-Fri from 10:00 am-4:00 pm. I may respond outside of these hours, as well. You should always receive a response within 24 hours.
